Wow, we have done a lot since my little bro has come home! The two major events were my 3rd birthday and James had his Baptism. I will post some pictures for everyone to see.

We are planning a trip to Duluth, Gooseberry and Grand Marais in 2 weeks. I can't wait. We will be taking my little brother and Grandma Binger and a camper up yonder for 5 nights. This should be interesting since we have seemed to have skipped fall and jumped into winter. I will have to write to let you know how the event panned out!

It's Baby Time!

He's here! My brother James Joseph Lane was born 8-8-09 at 1407. He was 8 lbs 3 ozs and 21 3/4 inches long...that's really long! He was really bruised when he came out of my mommy because apparently he tried to enter this world sideways with his arm leading the way. Everyone did fine, but he looks really ugly at the moment. I am so excited to have a new little bro to boss around. Mom says we will all have to adjust at the beginning, but phooey...I know I will still get my way!

Still waiting!

I am getting a little tired of everyone talking about this new baby brother I am supposed to be getting! Where are you? Why won't you come out and play? My mommy is possessed and is acting like a crazy person...it is probably a good idea little guy for you to come sooner rather than later...for all of our sanity!

Yesterday I had a great time playing in my "old", his "new" room. I pretended one of his bears was the little guy and I showed Mommy and Daddy how I was going to feed, diaper, dress, and give head trauma to my new brother. I even put a diaper on him and tossed him in the car seat.

My favorite part of the day was taking my new "bear/brother" to "The Man Store" aka Home Depot to buy a new toilet seat for the bathroom (because our old "piece of crap" broke) and shelves for a closet. I carried the bear and the car seat outside...more like dragged and made Daddy take him with us. Mommy said something about getting a ticket for having an unrestrained infant seat sideways in the front of the Jeep, but us "men" didn't get a "no-no" from the cops.

Well, that is all for now! I hope I have news of my new brother soon or I just might move out before my 3rd birthday!

New Deck!

Yeah, we finally have a deck on the side of our house!
My Mommy and Daddy have lived in this shack for 5 years and we finally have a deck! I love eating outside and I get to make a mess and no one really cares!

Oops...it's been a while!

It has been way too long since I have written. My mom and dad keep me so busy I just haven't the time these days!
Well, a lot has happened since my last entry. I got to go to Florida (March) on my first vacation and I had such a great time. I was much better on the plane when we were flying home, but my parents said that overall I was a very good "flier."
I also just got back from my first camping trip (June)! We went to South Dakota with Mommies high school friends. It was definitely an experience. I keep peeing outside and my favorite place to do it was from the top of the hill where I could look out over the camp grounds. I am not sure what everyone was laughing about, but apparently I was funny...haven't they ever seen a little kid with Mickey Mouse underwear on drop his pants on the top of a hill?
Everyone tells me we survived a huge storm one night in the tent, but I slept right through it. My mom and dad were holding up the sides of the tent and they said I didn't budge. It is probably a good thing I slept through that one!

Well, not much else is new right now! I will try to keep up with this better in the future.
My little brother should be here by August 13th. My mom is hoping he arrives sooner than that, but I say "why rush things". I will definitely show him who is boss around here!

Mr. Dorothy the fish!

Wow, I have really been a busy 2 year old so I haven't written in a long long time. I would like to tell everyone that I have obtained my first pet. His name is Dorothy and he is a Betta fishy. He started out in a small bowl, but because our house is kept below freezing he got a new million dollar tank. Apparently, Betta fish don't do well at 62 degrees. Mr Dorothy really likes his new 'crib' and I am having fun feeding (more than he needs to eat) and taking care of him.

I was lucky enough to have acquired this new addition due to the incredible potty training skills that I posses! I have been wearing Thomas underwear to school and have not urinated on myself yet...at school. There was this one little (mom calls it huge) incident at home yesterday with me + a gallon of pee+ the dining room chair, but ahhh that will blow over! I am pretty sure the old lady will forget about that sometime this year since I am so cute.

I get to go on my first vacation in March! I am so excited to fly on an "airpain" and go to "Flordida". I have been talking about the beach, sand, ocean and swimming pool for 3 weeks! Hopefully, "my people" will take lots of pictures so I can share my first adventure with everyone.

I guess I don't have much else to add. I am expecting a baby brother or sister in August so that should be interesting. The baby is currently in my tummy, but my mommy has something in hers too.
For now, I am top dog and tend to run the show!
