Hello again,

Damn, it has been a long time! Oops, don't tell my mom I said that word. It has been a very busy year. I am just finishing up my first year of Preschool at Mt Olive and next year I will be in Kindergarten Readiness, all day 3 days a week and am sooooo excited.

My little brother James is now 20 months old and the cutes little bugger ever! Mom calls him "snuggles" because he is always cuddling. He calls me "Geee" and it is pretty cool.

We are leaving in a couple of weeks for Montana on a train with Grandma Binger, Grandma/pa Lane, mom, dad, James and me! All of us are so excited!

Mom published her book last year and it is on-line and at the libraries around our house. It is pretty awesome to go to the library and see mommy's book on the shelves!

She just got a new job so we are excited for her. She will be moving to the ICU, but will hopefully get to keep some hours in the Emergency Room where she loves it.

My first Movie!

Tonight mommy and I had a date and we got to go to my first movie! It was really good and mommy said I was excellent. Next time we get to have dinner first and then watch the flick. My favorites tonight were licorice and sprite. I really wanted some "boy beer", but they didn't have any. My mommy NEVER ever gives me pop so I know it was a really special night.
I did have a few tantrums after getting home and did not have a fun time going to bed.

Can't wait for my next date with mom!

Yipppe for rice!

My brother just had his 4 month check-up and he gets to eat rice cereal now. It was really funny watching him try to eat. Mommy says he doesn't like it as much as I did! I can't wait for him to get bigger so I can give him lots of treats.
He is growing like a weed! He was 16lbs 5 ozs and almost 27 inches long...that's why he is wearing 9 month clothes and driving mommy crazy. Currently he is working on rolling over. I try to help give him little pushes, but he is such a butterball he can't seem to get his wing out of the way and he rolls back.

Baby Walter!

My mommy's cousin Sara had baby Walter Joseph on December 7 (that's my daddy's birthday too)! Mommy says he is super cute, but I have not had the pleasure of meeting him yet.

Halloween

We started out Halloween with a pre Halloween party. It was the 2nd Annual Duester/Lane Halloween Party! Henry was not too happy when we got there because he was sleeping and his mommy shoved him into his costume. James was a skunk and I was of course a firefighter.

For the actually Halloween we went up to the cabin and went trick or treating with my mommy's cousins in Becker. I loved being pulled around on the trailer by the 4 wheeler. It was so much fun and I got tons of candy.

Camping in October!

We had so much fun in October. We went on a camping trip with Grandma Binger to Duluth, Gooseberry and Grand Marais. It really wasn't too cold even though people thought we were crazy. We were gone for 5 nights and no one tried to kill each other. Grandma had never been camping (even though this wasn't exactly "roughing it"), but she said she had a great time. I hope we can do it again next year!

Pine Tree Apple Orchard

I love going to the apple orchard each year. This year I got to go through the corn maze with my mom. Last year they paid for me, but I got too scared and ran out crying. We picked pumpkins and then got to carve them at home. Baby James had a good time too...he slept the entire time we were there. That meant I got to choose where we went. I had so much fun!

It was also my Great Grandma Mary's Birthday so we stopped at her house on the way to the orchard.
